Reporting to the Major Transport Infrastructure Program (MTIP) Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), the Manager, Strategic Procurement will work within the Office of the Coordinator-General (OCG) to support the procurement activities across MTIP. The role will take a lead role in the development, implementation and operation of a leading practice procurement function that ensures probity, complies with legislation and government policies, operates efficiently and has a strong focus on value for money. The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of acumen in complex procurement; in infrastructure-focused environment or technical environment, and have a reputation for collaboration and teamwork. The role leads the delivery of opportunities to maximise efficiencies in relation to MTIP goods and services procurement and identifies and drives practical solutions to improve synergies and performance across the program. Principal Traction Power Engineer

The Principal Traction Power Engineer is a subject matter expert role within the project's Engineering team, which ensures traction power technical leadership and direction for The Metro Tunnel Project, including wider network electrification enhancements is achieved. This role will provide subject matter expertise to cover all traction and related power systems including rail substations, earthing, bonding and electrolysis, electromagnetic compatibility, signal power systems and associated high voltage distribution systems.
