Contracts Administrator

As part of our continued growth we are seeking a Contract Administrator here to join this iconic project and play an exciting part in shaping Melbourne’s future. Key responsibilities - Tenders - prepare, issue, collate and recommend for award with detailed input from the engineering, procurement and construction team. - Manage the engagement process including contract execution and pre-start compliance such as insurances, code compliance and WHS obligations. - Receive and process subcontract interim payment claims & final accounts in accordance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations. - Process claims for variations and additional entitlements to time and money and submit for approval. - Support the review and response to all contractual correspondence - Maintain all necessary registers, vendor and contractual documentation, and non-disclosure agreements. - Ensure the above steps are carried out in line with statutory obligations along with any Project policy, workflow & procedure. Document Controller - Administrator

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures - Control and maintain distribution of drawings and documentation - Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, protocols, product certifications and records - Liaise with management, clients, project teams and all other interested parties regarding the maintenance and transmittal of correspondence - Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties within the precinct - Ensure that project documents, procedures and transmittal letters are issued in compliance with CYP plans and project protocols - Track documents and drawings. Heritage Registry Information Officer

Working as part of the Heritage Registry and Information Systems Team, the Heritage Registry Information Officer will assist in administering the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Register, to promote best practice management of heritage records and ensure that the Department complies with the statutory requirements under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006. The Heritage Registry Information Officer, plays a crucial role in administering section 144, 145, 146 and 147 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 by maintaining the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Register (VAHR). Online Communications Manager

Two Online Communications Managers are required for the Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) and the Regional Rail Revival (RRR) project. The Online Communications Managers will lead online communications activities for their respective project, either the Metro Tunnel Project or Regional Rail Revival, in addition to providing support to other projects undertaken by Rail Projects Victoria as required. The position is responsible for developing and implementing online communications strategies for the relevant project, content and online advertising strategies for the project’s social media channels, maintaining the project website and the development of supporting high-quality audio-visual materials. This role will lead and provide input to the design and scope development of the Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) components of the Metro Tunnel Project for the Rail Systems Alliance. The role will call on both Victorian and/or International project development and delivery management experience relating to CBTC wayside and onboard components and related rail systems in brownfield rail projectsincluding technical review, stakeholder liaison and network integration across multiple disciplines and stakeholder organisations including Public Transport Victoria (PTV), VicTrack, MTM, LXRA and other interfacing projects.
