Santa's Big Workshop

Saturday 30 November – Sunday 22 December, 10am – 3pm each day

Federation Square

Take an iPad and watch the Metro Tunnel site shed at Fed Square - that's the big concrete shed - transform into Santa's Big Workshop – where the elves need your help so Santa's sleigh can spread the magic of the festive season.

This is a virtual treasure hunt every Melbourne kid (and big kids, too!) will want to experience.

Christmas at HQ

For the kids, the interactive festivities continue at Metro Tunnel HQ.

Kids are invited to create their own decorations for the Metro Tunnel HQ Christmas tree. Choose one of the cut outs of characters from the Santa’s Big Workshop and add your artistic spin, along with a message to Santa. Add it to the Metro Tunnel Christmas tree at HQ or take it home.

Also at HQ we have a new archaeology display showing Christmas-themed items found at our station sites before we began digging the Metro Tunnel.
