RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor. This role will support the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for the Melbourne Airport Rail team and related works. This position works closely with RPV's technical and planning teams, and appointed construction contractors. Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, this role requires an ability to work in a complex and demanding environment within tight timeframes. Applicants will need to be well organised and able to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.

The Governance and Reporting Officer will provide high-quality support for a range of key governance, reporting and ministerial coordination activities. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Governance and Reporting Officer will coordinate the drafting and approval of various briefings, memorandums, reports, correspondence and ministerial and parliamentary documents. The Governance and Reporting Officer will also support team functions and objectives by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the broader team.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Planner and Scheduler who will be responsible for the development of project programs, the provision of high-level program advice and for the monitoring of progress of various Projects within Rail Projects Victoria. Working with the RPV project teams and also with the Planning Manager, the Planner and Scheduler ensures completeness, accuracy and clarity of programs, the identification of critical works, and the timely communication of program status and any delays and issues arising, along with mitigation strategies. The Planner and Scheduler will work within a high performing team of experienced Planners and have the opportunity to develop skills to assist career development and progression prospects.

Reporting to the Deputy Package Director, Tunnel & Stations, this role forms part of RPV's team in the delivery and construction of the Underground Stations and mined excavations of The Metro Tunnel Project noting that the underground stations are designed and constructed by a consortium (Project Co) appointed to deliver the Tunnel and Stations PPP Project. The role calls on extensive hand on delivery experience and understanding of sequencing and delivery of tunnel fit out and Underground Stations including civil and fit out works and interfaces with other disciplines for a metro rail system in an urban environment. The role also requires extensive delivery experience and expertise in mined excavations such as adits and cross passages.

The role calls on extensive project management experience in infrastructure project environments, including integration across multiple disciplines. RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Advisor, Digital Media to support the Manager, Digital Media Production in the planning and production of videos to support project communications for the Metro Tunnel Project. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to produce video content and oversee the production of animations and 3D visualisation models. The position will work closely with the Digital Communications Manager and other members of the Corporate Affairs team within the Rail Projects Victoria (RPV).

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Completions Coordinator to join the Engineering and Integration Group team. The Senior Completions Coordinator will provide leadership and specialist direction with a “completion from the start” approach and culture in line with RPV completions and handover framework. The Senior Completions Coordinator is accountable for driving a consistent and progressive completions approach, develop reporting systems and knowledge across RPV to inform a range of stakeholders on completions requirements. The role will work closely with all contract packages to lead and develop completions requirements associated with monthly completions dashboard reporting, and the use of TeamBinder and SharePoint for completions activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with RPV framework. Working directly for the Senior Project Manager, Completions, the role will provide specialist technical support and guidance to the contract packages and RPV project staff on Completions obligations and ensure that stakeholders are receiving the required deliverables.

Reporting to the Design Interface Manager, this role is responsible for client-side coordination of the design, development and engineering associated with the South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication ($901M) Regional Rail Revival program. The Senior Design Coordinator will provide expert advice and guidance across a range of engineering and design issues during project development and delivery of multiple projects. This role will also be responsible for coordinating the client and stakeholder reviews of designs during project delivery. The ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental to the success of this role. This role co-ordinates all technical and engineering support to the relevant work package, including the development of requirements and the review of designs for completeness, compliance to requirements, standards and constructability, drawing upon technical specialist advice from subject matter experts to resolve a range of engineering design challenges.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Project Manager - OCS and ICT to lead and provide input to the design, scope development and testing and commissioning of the Operational Control Systems (OCS) and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) components of the Metro Tunnel Project for the Rail Systems Alliance. The role will call on both Victorian project development and delivery management experience relating to OCS and ICT and related rail systems in Victorian brownfield rail projects including technical review, stakeholder liaison and network integration across multiple disciplines and stakeholder organisations including Public Transport Victoria (PTV), VicTrack, MTM, LXRA and other interfacing projects. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and manage and communicate project implications of complex technical issues is fundamental for success in this role.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Project Manager, Track & CSR to lead the planning and development of Track and Services Route works as part of the Melbourne Airport Rail project within a major complex transport infrastructure program by means of developing and overseeing project development and delivery activities, assisting with strategic direction and cultivating effective and collaborative stakeholder relationships. The ability to build and maintain high-level influential relationships across a broad range of stakeholders is fundamental to the success of this role. The Senior Project Manager, Track & CSR will be responsible for project activities including project design and development, procurement, constructability and delivery planning, staging and commissioning. Key outcomes include the development of infrastructure solutions that deliver the required operational efficiently within the designated budget, quality and time allowances. The role will lead a team of engineers and project managers, providing high quality people management and supporting ongoing capability development.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Project Advisor to focus on monitoring and overseeing safety systems development, implementation and auditing, relationship management and providing sound advice in accordance with legislative requirements and the Department's policies and procedures. The Senior Project Safety Advisor will be responsible for promoting a safe work culture and influencing improvements in all health and safety aspects of activities undertaken during the project lifecycle of the Rail Projects Victoria program of works including the Metro Tunnel Project and Melbourne Airport Rail Project.
