Cost Controller (VPSG5)

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Cost Controller, reporting to the Senior Cost Engineer/ Controller as part of the Project Controls team, the Cost Controller will play an exciting, active and crucial role in the planning and successful delivery of the Melbourne Airport Rail project. As such, you will be required to have experience of large infrastructure and/or multidisciplinary projects in a similar role. As a Cost Engineer/Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is meeting ongoing internal and external progress monitoring and reporting requirements, as well as supporting the Work Package Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Information Centre Officer

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage an Information Centre Officer. The Information Centre Officer will be responsible for promoting knowledge of The Metro Tunnel Project. The Metro Tunnel HQ has been developed as part of The Metro Tunnel Project as a physical walk-in-centre in the CBD that provides a permanent location for the Victorian community and visitors to learn about the Project. The Metro Tunnel HQ includes large-scale project models, interactive displays and staff available to answer visitor's questions.

The Information Centre Officer role includes engaging with visitors and providing information regarding The Metro Tunnel Project. The Information Centre Officer will explain a variety of information regarding the project's alignment and construction by referring to displays and models on display in the centre. The Officer will be required to maintain a focus on strengthening community sentiment for the Project by demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Planner and Scheduler - Professionals Program

This program is a unique opportunity for a self-starting engineer to join our professionals' program in the planning and scheduling space for rapid development as a highly skilled practitioner in this field. Over a 2-year period involving in depth training within carefully structured learning modules you will be introduced to best practice planning and scheduling methods and techniques from a high performing team of Senior Planners within RPV, many with more than 15 to 20 years' industry experience. Embedded within RPV's project delivery teams and working closely with RPV's Planners you will be able to apply existing and developing skills and techniques into practice as you assist with the development, management and reporting of programs and strategic plans for RPV's portfolio of major infrastructure projects. Project Manager - Estimating (Multiple Roles) (VPSG6)

RPV are looking for two Estimator/Project Managers to support RPV's estimating team in managing and coordination of the efforts of External Suppliers, Internal Stakeholders and various interested parties. Current projects being developed and moving into delivery include Melbourne Airport Rail, Geelong Fast Rail, various Regional Rail Projects, and ad hoc estimates conducted by RPV for other agencies.

Reporting to the Manager, Project Controls this role is responsible for managing project capital cost estimates for RPV. The role calls on extensive estimating and project management experience in infrastructure project environments, including integration across multiple disciplines. The ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders is fundamental in the role.

Project Support Officer (VPSG3)

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Project Support Officer. The Project Support Officer effectively delivers high quality support and assistance to Rail Projects Victoria, supporting the Melbourne Airport Rail (MAR) team. The Project Support Officer will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders and provide project team support and administration in a range of areas including records management, report coordination, meeting arrangement, diary management and presentation preparation.

Senior Advisor, Industry Workforce Engagement

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Industry Engagement, Aboriginal Workforce and Enterprises, this role is responsible for leading and engaging with RPV's delivery partners to monitor and assess the performance and delivery of Major Project Skills Guarantee contractual obligations. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental for success in this role.

Senior Systems Assurance and Safety Engineer (VPSG6)

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Systems Assurance & Safety Engineer. This specialist role will sit in Rail Projects Victoria's (RPV) Rail Infrastructure team and work closely with the Route to Acceptance (RtA) and assigned Assurance Manager. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role will provide specialist advice relating to requirements management, system assurance, and interface management for the Rail Infrastructure Alliance (RIA) work package. The role will call on experience and expertise gained from working within complex, multi-discipline rail design and construction projects environments. Experience in Systems Engineering roles for modern metro rail systems will be highly regarded. The ability to work within a multi-discipline project team and to build and maintain strong working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and assist resolution of complex issues will be fundamental for success in this role.
